Fall Of The Triumvirate
I recently finished "Fall Of The Triumvirate" just in time for my first show of the year which will be C2E2 in Chicago weekend after this one.
I posted previously on social media here. how I had to start over on this due to the paper tearing while removing masking fluid....ugh!!! Another bumpy ride coming to a happy ending. :-)

I recently created this watercolor and ink book cover illustration for the book The Stories Of Art Books One & Two. I really loved painting opaquely with the watercolors to create the fiery green smokey feel of the background. Of course drawing dragons is always a plus!!! Working with author Kelly Wolf was a great experience and I hope we can work together again in the future.
This month I received my copies of the premier awards books for fantasy art “Spectrum The Best In Contemporary Fantastic Art” and “Infected By Art” with my piece “Eye For An Eye” included in them. I am so grateful and humbled to be included with all the AMAZING artists in these books.
I started on this fantasy art journey 5 years ago to go alongside with my commercial illustration career, which I’ve had for many many years, to create art for myself and not for specific deadlines. Since then, my personal work has made its way into multiple galleries in 3 states, art shows and comic cons like Dragon Con and awards books like “Spectrum” and “Infected By Art” .
I feel so blessed and look forward to what the next 5 years has in store for me.

I recently created this illustration for H-Street Skateboards for a skateboard deck for the man, the myth, the legend himself Danny Way. I was honored that TMag of H-Street asked me to be a part of this but terrified at the same time because I knew that if this was going to be for an icon like Danny, it would have to be “heavy metal down the tracks, in your face” bad ass!

Hey everyone! I had an amazing Dragon Con in Atlanta last weekend! I sold a record number of original drawings along with paper prints, wood prints and metal prints.
To all you wonderful folks who keep supporting my art year after year at Dragon Con and to those who have discovered my art for the first time...thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! You helped make it an epic weekend for me where it turned out to be my best one yet! I feel so blessed!!!
Also a big congrats to the wonderful directors and volunteers of Dragon Con for the awesome job of putting on a great show amidst all the new changes. You all rocked it!!!
