So humbled and honored to receive the fantasy art awards book Infected By Art last week and to have had one of my pieces chosen to be among such a great collection of art! I feel so blessed!!!

Boys Life magazine Illustrations
Here's two of 8 illustrations I'm doing right now for Boys Life magazine for a 2 spread article on sports superstitions. One's about Jim Palmer for the Orioles who wore the same pair of lucky socks for an entire season. Got the Ok to post this because the copy changed for this one and I had to change it a bit so the final will be slightly different. The second is a work in progress of Babe Ruth of the Yankees and Turk Wendell of the Mets. This is a super fun project and I thankful to have the opportunity to work with such a great publication. I am excited to see how these will turn out when the magazine comes out in December. Stay tuned!!!
Getting ready for Gen Con 2016
Bringing some original drawings with me along with tons of all the different types of prints of my color work to Gen Con 2016. Gotta pack all this stuff up today!
I'm getting excited!!! If you are in the Indianapolis area this weekend, you gotta come by and check it out...it is crazy awesome!
"Ring of Faith" Self Portrait
When I was a young boy in Puerto Rico, my grandfather would make a circle of leaves on the ground put me inside it and say, "Don't Move!". He would then go about doing what he had to do while always keeping an eye on me and checking in with me from time to time. I always stayed within the circle not only because of the fear of disobeying him but also because, I felt a sense of security knowing that I was safe under his watch. "Ring of Faith" is not only a self portrait but a tribute to my grandfather who I loved dearly and lost too soon. The tiger is a symbol of him protecting me from harm and how I feel he still does somehow to this day.
You can pick up a signed archival fine art print of Ring of Faith in my shop here.
Fian Arroyo Art Show At Push Gallery
It was an awesome opening last night for my art show at the Push Gallery in asheville, NC on April 1st! It was a huge turnout out all night long, I sold a lot of prints and met a ton of cool people! I am so thankful for my great friends who came out to see me and wish I could have talked longer to them but I was so busy signing prints and fielding questions about my art that the time slipped away real fast. We managed only to get a few pics in. Sorry if I missed anyone. A super thanx to everyone who showed up. It was super fun!!!!
